These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which Body-Styling-Ireland supplies products and services through this website.
1. Business Information
Body-Styling-Ireland is based in Craughwell, Co. Galway, Ireland. Return requests, cancellation notices, and product-related queries can be made in writing by email to bodystylingireland@gmail.com.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to purchases made through our website, fitment bookings, and any related services provided by Body-Styling-Ireland. By placing an order or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
3. Products and Services
- We supply body kits, styling parts, and related vehicle styling products.
- We also provide professional fitment services where available.
- Some products may be stocked items, while others may be special order or made to order.
- Fitment availability may vary depending on vehicle type, part type, and workshop capacity.
4. Orders and Acceptance
An order or booking is not confirmed until we have accepted it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where stock, pricing, fitment suitability, payment issues, or other practical reasons prevent fulfilment.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Payment must be completed in full unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Fitment Bookings, Deposits and Missed Appointments
- Fitment bookings are subject to availability and may require a deposit to secure the booking.
- The required deposit may vary depending on the vehicle, parts, labour involved, and the time reserved in our schedule.
- Any deposit taken is used to reserve workshop time, staff time, and booking capacity, and may also reflect preparation work or scheduling commitments made by us in advance.
- If you cancel a fitment booking with reasonable notice and we agree to move the booking, we may, at our discretion, transfer the deposit to a new booking date.
- If you change your mind, fail to attend, arrive significantly late, or cancel without reasonable notice, the deposit may be retained in full or in part to cover lost time, allocated workshop space, and related business costs.
- If we cannot provide the agreed service, the deposit will be refunded or transferred, as appropriate.
- We reserve the right to charge additional costs where incorrect booking information, unsuitable parts, or unexpected vehicle issues increase the time or labour required.
7. Customer-Supplied Parts
Where you supply your own parts for fitment, you remain responsible for confirming that the parts are correct for your vehicle and are in suitable condition. We are not responsible for defects, missing components, manufacturer fitment issues, or incompatibility in customer-supplied products.
8. Delivery and Inspection on Arrival
Delivery information, including next working day dispatch where possible, is set out on our Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock, courier performance, and order type.
Customers should inspect all deliveries as soon as reasonably possible after arrival and before fitting, painting, modifying, or using the item.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you should notify us in writing as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any labels where available.
Prompt notification helps us investigate courier damage, missing parts, packing issues, and incorrect deliveries more effectively, but nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, not as described, or supplied incorrectly by us.
Items should not be fitted, painted, modified, or otherwise worked on before they have been checked. We may not accept responsibility for issues that would have been apparent on reasonable inspection before fitting, painting, or modification.
9. Consumer Rights, Returns and Cancellations
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable Irish or EU consumer law.
If you buy online as a consumer, you may in many cases have a 14-day right to cancel your order from the date of delivery, subject to the exceptions allowed by law.
However, this cancellation right does not generally apply to goods that are made to order, clearly personalised, specially sourced to your specification, or otherwise exempt under applicable consumer law.
Special-order, made-to-order, or customer-specified items may only be returned where the item is faulty, not as described, supplied incorrectly by us, or otherwise returnable under applicable consumer law.
Returns are not accepted for customer error on special-order, made-to-order, or customer-specified items once the order has been confirmed and processed, where the item supplied matches the item ordered.
If we have supplied the wrong item, or if an item is faulty, damaged in a way for which we are responsible, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with consumer law.
If you wish to cancel an eligible online order or request a return, you must notify us in writing by email at bodystylingireland@gmail.com with your order number, contact details, and reason for the request.
Where applicable, cancellation requests should be sent within 14 days of delivery, and returned goods should then be sent back within 14 days of that notification.
Returned items must not be fitted, installed, used, altered, painted, modified, or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, unless the return relates to a fault or other legal entitlement.
10. Installation and Liability
We carry out fitment with care and attention, but vehicle modifications always involve some risk. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing faults, unsuitable parts, hidden damage, incorrect customer instructions, or issues outside our reasonable control.
11. Website Use
You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect once published on this page.
