Next Working Day Dispatch

Where stock is available, orders placed before our daily cut-off will be processed for dispatch on the next working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Small / standard parcels: usually next working day dispatch where in stock.
• Bulky items: may take longer depending on size, weight, and courier availability.
• Made-to-order or special-order items: dispatch times may vary and will be confirmed before or after ordering.
• Fitment bookings: these are scheduled separately and are not treated as standard parcel delivery.

Tracking and Updates

When available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.

Important Notes

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, stock levels, or busy periods.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched.
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order.
• If an item is bulky, oversized, or part of a special order, we may need to confirm delivery arrangements separately.
